Rachel is a creator based in NYC and NJ. Rachel’s first Short Film, “Happy Birthday Rachel Confrancisco” which she wrote, directed and acted in, made itself to 9 film festivals across the tristate area.
This past January she performed in an original devised show, SHSH during the UpClose Festival at the New Ohio Theater in Greenwich Village, directed by Adrienne Kapstein. In the past she has also performed original works in the Sibiu International Theatre Festival, and the Varna Summer International Theatre Festival. She also works with GirlBeHeard! to create social justice based theater and amplify the voices of young women.
As a resident writer with A Collective Artist in Manhattan, Rachel writes every week and is working on a podcast and screenplay.
Rachel just completed UCB Improv 101 and hopes they reopen post Covid-19 so she can continue there.
